1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, and opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
